Usually I am hooked from the start with this authors books but I struggled to stay interested in this book and am struggling even to review it without being negativeAs I have no interest in college kids or the way their minds work and the american college scene is not something I am familiar with I also think when the H s in this case 19 21 are too young it takes away from my enjoyment The first half of this book was slow and I found it so long winded about stuff that held no interest for me If not for the fact that it was a Rochon book I am not sure I would have finished it I kept putting it down because something would be said or done that I dislikedNow don t get me wrong this was a well written story I loved all the valid points bought to mind female safety and rights men acting like gentleman toward their dates following your plans as it is YOUR life and being strong and independent but I hated the drinking the drugs the sleeping around and the belief that being raised as a neglected child is okayApart from uinn being very rigid Ms North s word I am very happy to say the level of maturity shown by both uinn and Rain was a happy and welcome surpriseuinn s maturity is probably due to her horrible upbringing and I found it sad uinn was using her neglectful distrustful mother as a role model to fashion her life after The she related about her mother the less I liked what we learntI really loved the actual story as Rainier is a big soft hearted sweetie and the relationship between Rainier and his brother Cash and all the advice and support given was heart warming Fin was a surprise with his bad behaviour and I hope that gets sorted out soon I can only hope he finds a direction for himselfRainier is an enigma for his age in that he had not slept around and was happy to wait for his fated mate to arrive in his life I also loved how he gave uinn the time needed for her to get to know him He is a real sweetie but so sensible for his age especially with his bear riding him to mate his mateThe last half of the book picked up for me when their relationship started to grow Cassie became the star once again with her honest truths to uinn and the ending with Cassie and Cash and all the family was wonderfulI was very glad uinn felt that she had found a family with the Rochons she deserved one and I can see a good future for these twoSo to surmise slow start for me due to information about stuff I have no interest in but a good endingThis is my honest review of this book Baby Be Mine valid points bought to mind female safety and rights men acting like gentleman toward their dates following your plans as it is YOUR life and being strong and independent but I hated the drinking the drugs the sleeping around and the belief that being raised as a neglected child is okayApart from uinn being ألمم عقدى بغضب very rigid Ms North s word I am Voice of the Trees very happy to say the level of maturity shown by both uinn and Rain was a happy and welcome surpriseuinn s maturity is probably due to her horrible upbringing and I found it sad uinn was using her neglectful distrustful mother as a role model to fashion her life after The she related about her mother the less I liked what we learntI really loved the actual story as Rainier is a big soft hearted sweetie and the relationship between Rainier and his brother Cash and all the advice and support given was heart warming Fin was a surprise with his bad behaviour and I hope that gets sorted out soon I can only hope he finds a direction for himselfRainier is an enigma for his age in that he had not slept around and was happy to wait for his fated mate to arrive in his life I also loved how he gave uinn the time needed for her to get to know him He is a real sweetie but so sensible for his age especially with his bear riding him to mate his mateThe last half of the book picked up for me when their relationship started to grow Cassie became the star once again with her honest truths to uinn and the ending with Cassie and Cash and all the family was wonderfulI was Nine and a Half Weeks A Memoir of a Love Affair very glad uinn felt that she had found a family with the Rochons she deserved one and I can see a good future for these twoSo to surmise slow start for me due to information about stuff I have no interest in but a good endingThis is my honest review of this book

Rainier (Pacific Northwest Bears, #8)

Summary Rainier (Pacific Northwest Bears, #8) Characters ã Rainier (Pacific Northwest Bears, #8) Ç PDF, DOC, TXT, eBook or Kindle ePUB free In the middle of History of Feminism stood the woman he would die for the woman he would worship until the end of time His mate As a member of one of the oldest Shifter clans in the Pacific Northwest Rainier Rochon was out of his element in Seattle but it was nothing that a trip back to Apex and running through the woods with his bear couldn’t fix He had a plan for his life and he was right on track to achieve everything he had set out to Graduating and returning home to work in. FeministThe feminist angle to uinn made me believe this book was going to be something that it wasnt So feminists are man hating bitches that dont understand the concept of falling in love Her friends should have been mildly concerned bc it was fast but college relationships go hot and heavy it isnt unusual and its not as if rain had a bad reputation as a womanizer so what s the takeaway Feminists are irrational bitches whose arguements break down with a few im just being a polite gentlemenThis book was pointedly anti women The only female characters of value were the other rochon women and harmony who disappeared after act one I dont understand why the author made the choices she made with the plot and characterization of women uinn and her mom in particularEasy ideas to make it better flesh out the mom s back story to create internal conflict what happened to make her so jaded Make the womens group accepting of rain and have rain help with rallies and reaching out to other male characters making rain a part of her life instead of her giving up her interests for him In the end this read like the plot to 50 shades of grey but with bears instead of bondage Sloppy Isolate her from friends Check Throw a bunch of money around Check Buy her a car Check Make her commit uickly unnecessarily Check I wanted to like rain but he was patronizing and completely missed the point Im not surprised the author didnt include a single topic fromt he women s studies class it does not seem like her strongest subject Though watching rain take in the class and show an interest in uinns interest would have been intriguing Not as if he had anyIn this story uinn made 100% of the sacrifices and had 100% of the struggle I have obviously outgrown these books

Summary Rainier (Pacific Northwest Bears, #8) Characters ã Rainier (Pacific Northwest Bears, #8) Ç PDF, DOC, TXT, eBook or Kindle ePUB free Her but how could he tell her the truth Whether she wants to admit it or not uinn is rigid The last thing she needs is a distraction like Rain especially when he comes with a set of ultimatums that she can’t resist challenging She can’t deny the magnetic pull she feels whenever he is close by and the unexplainable ache she feels when they are apart But he’s too intense too close and the last thing she wants is to lose sight of her dreams or let someone else control her futur. Rainier Rochon Bears by Moxie North is a new installment her Pacific Northwest Bear series Rainier Rochon is a planner and he s has his whole college route planned So when he finds out that he s short an elective unit from meeting his reuirements to graduate he s completely taken for a loop With limited options he decides to enroll in a History of Feminism course where he is taken for another tailspin when his mate happens to be the TA uinn Sutton is finishing her senior year Independent and completely focused on her dreams of becoming a social worker uinn has no time for distractions especially from the handsome new student in the course she s a TA for but it turns out that she needs him than she could every knowRainer and uinn s relationship has a certain sense of serendipity Unexpected unplanned but perfect in the end Both uinn and Rainer have their plans for life But now those plans are now complicated with this newfound relationship In Rainier s case how do you tell the woman you just met that she s your mate And you re a bear shifter I love how Rainier handles this situation and he s such a great hero One of my favorite Rochon bears What I also found intriguing about this story was that there was a definite dichotomy between the supportiveness of Rainer s family and the hypercritical views especially on men of uinn s mother and the effects it has on uinn s own feelings and behavior as she was growing up As Rainier and uinn get closer and begin to know each other this difference helps move the story along and the character s stories with their families defines who they are and shows why they are made for each other Overall Rainier Rochon Bears by Moxie North was a solid shifter romance novel filled with sweetness and family I enjoyed it and would recommendI voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book I received for free in exchange for my open and honest review This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review Baby Be Mine views especially on men of uinn s mother and the effects it has on uinn s own feelings and behavior as she was growing up As Rainier and uinn get closer and begin to know each other this difference helps move the story along and the character s stories with their families defines who they are and shows why they are made for each other Overall Rainier Rochon Bears by Moxie North was a solid shifter romance novel filled with sweetness and family I enjoyed it and would recommendI ألمم عقدى بغضب voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book I received for free in exchange for my open and honest review This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review
